How to delete your Harvenci account and data
This is a courtesy translation. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
Harvenci provides self-service account deletion. You can delete your account and all associated data directly from your account Settings page. The deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Direct link: Once signed in, go to harvenci.ai/settings and scroll to the bottom.
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
Before deleting your account, you can download a copy of all your data from the Settings page. Look for “Download My Data” in the settings. Your export will include your profile, stores, products, conversations, orders, and billing history.

For end customers who chatted with a Harvenci-powered WhatsApp agent:
Your conversation data is stored by the merchant using Harvenci. To request deletion of your conversation history, please contact the business you interacted with directly. When a merchant deletes their Harvenci account, all customer conversation data associated with that merchant is also deleted.
