Billing
Harvenci runs on a 5-tier EUR subscription model. You pick a tier that matches your monthly conversation volume, and you only pay overage if you exceed the included allowance.
How Billing Works
Every tenant is on one of five plans: Free, Starter, Growth, Scale, or Enterprise. Each plan has an included monthly allowance for two metered dimensions — billable conversations (a 24 h WhatsApp window opened by an inbound customer message) and AI image analyses (covering catalog product photos, quote-form uploads, and inbound chat images). Paid tiers accrue overage; Free is hard-blocked at the cap.
Free tier
Paid tiers / month

Free Tier
New tenants start on the Free tier with 100 conversations and 3,000 AI image analyses per month. Once either cap is reached the platform hard-blocks further billable actions until the next period or an upgrade. No credit card is required to try it.
Included on Free
- 100 billable conversations / month
- 3,000 AI image analyses / month
- Up to 500 products in the catalog
- 5% commission on sales
Paid Tiers
Paid tiers include a monthly allowance plus overage billing for anything above it. Commission on sales decreases as you scale. All amounts are EUR.
| Tier | Monthly fee | Included | Overage | Commission |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | €45.00 | 500 conv / 18,000 image analyses | €0.10 | 3.25% |
| Growth | €129.00 | 1,500 conv / 30,000 image analyses | €0.09 | 3.25% |
| Scale | €429.00 | 5,000 conv / 120,000 image analyses | €0.08 | 2.5% |
| Enterprise | Custom | Unlimited conv / Unlimited image analyses | Negotiated | 0% |
Annual billing saves 20% on the platform fee (overage and commission still bill monthly). See Pricing for full detail including voice message and catalog limits (Starter up to 3,000 products, Scale up to 10,000 products).
Hard block vs. overage
Free tier
When the conversation or image analysis cap is reached, further billable actions are blocked by the billing gateway until the next period starts or you upgrade. No silent overage.
Paid tiers
Anything above your included allowance accrues at the per-unit overage rate and is invoiced at the end of the monthly billing period alongside the subscription fee.
