Shopify Integration

Connect your Shopify store to automatically sync products, variants, and inventory to Harvenci.

What Gets Synced

Synced Data

  • Products (name, description, price)
  • Product variants (size, color, etc.)
  • Product images
  • Inventory levels
  • SKUs
  • Product status (active/draft/archived)

Not Yet Synced

  • • Orders (planned)
  • • Customer data
  • • Collections (use Harvenci collections)
  • • Discount codes

Connecting Your Shopify Store

Go to Store Settings

Navigate to your store in Harvenci, then go to Settings → Integrations.

Click Connect Shopify

Click the "Connect Shopify" button to start the OAuth flow.

Enter Your Store URL

Enter your Shopify store URL (e.g., yourstore.myshopify.com).

Authorize the App

You'll be redirected to Shopify. Log in if needed and click "Install App" to authorize Harvenci.

Permissions Requested

  • • Read products (required for sync)
  • • Read inventory (for inventory tracking)

Initial Sync

After authorization, Harvenci automatically imports all your products. This may take a few minutes depending on catalog size.

Sync Behavior

Automatic Sync

Once connected, changes in Shopify are automatically synced to Harvenci:

  • New products appear in Harvenci within minutes
  • Price changes sync automatically
  • Inventory updates in real-time
  • Deleted products are archived in Harvenci

Sync Direction

Sync is one-way from Shopify to Harvenci. Changes made in Harvenci do not sync back to Shopify.

Viewing Sync Status

Monitor sync status from your store's Sync History tab.

Disconnecting Shopify

You can disconnect your Shopify store at any time.

To Disconnect

  1. 1. Go to Store → Settings → Integrations
  2. 2. Click "Disconnect" next to Shopify
  3. 3. Confirm disconnection

Note:Disconnecting stops future syncs but doesn't delete products already in Harvenci. You can edit them manually or delete them.

Troubleshooting

Products not syncing

Check that products are published and active in Shopify. Draft products may not sync depending on your settings.

Images missing

Ensure images are uploaded to Shopify and the products are saved. Image sync happens after product data.

Connection lost

If you uninstall the app from Shopify or change store permissions, reconnect from Harvenci settings.
