Permissions Reference

Complete list of all permissions in Harvenci and which roles have access to each.

Roles Summary

OwnerFull access to everything, including billing and organization deletion
AdminFull access except billing management and org deletion
ConsultantFull access to stores and agents, can invite consultants only
MemberFull data access (create, edit, delete), no billing or team access
View OnlyRead-only access to all data

Permission Descriptions

view_data

Read access to stores, agents, products, orders, conversations, and analytics.

create_data

Create new stores, agents, products, collections, categories, and knowledge base articles.

edit_data

Edit existing stores, agents, products, and other resources. Update order statuses.

delete_data

Delete stores, agents, products, and other resources. Archive items.

view_billing

View credit balance, usage history, and transaction history. See payment methods (redacted).

manage_billing

Purchase credits, add/remove payment methods, configure auto-topup.

invite_members

Send invitations to add new team members. Consultants can only invite consultants.

remove_members

Remove team members from the organization. Cancel pending invitations.

change_roles

Change the role of team members. Cannot change owner role.

manage_settings

Manage organization settings, integrations, and configurations.

delete_org

Permanently delete the organization and all its data. Owner only.
