Enter your card information in the secure Stripe form:

  • • Card number
  • • Expiration date (MM/YY)
  • • CVC/CVV security code
  • • Billing ZIP/postal code
4

Save Card

Click "Save"to add the card. It's now set as your default for subscription and overage invoices.

Security

Your Card Information is Secure

  • Payments processed by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified)
  • Card details are never stored on Harvenci servers
  • All data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+)
  • 3D Secure authentication when required

Default Payment Method

Your first saved card automatically becomes the default. The default card is used for:

  • Monthly or annual subscription charges
  • End-of-period overage invoices

Changing Default Card

In Payment Methods, click the menu icon (⋮) next to a card and select "Set as default".

Invoice Schedule

Subscription and overage are billed from the same card on a predictable schedule — no surprise charges.

When you are charged

Subscription (monthly or annual)

Charged on the first day of each billing period. Annual billing is discounted 20%.

Overage

Overage accruals above your tier's included allowance are flushed to Stripe as invoice items and settled at the end of each monthly period.

Payment failures:If a subscription or overage charge fails (e.g., expired card), you'll receive an email notification and a grace period before the account is downgraded.

Removing a Card

Remove cards you no longer want to use.

To Remove a Card

  1. 1. Go to Billing → Payment Methods
  2. 2. Click the menu icon (⋮) next to the card
  3. 3. Select "Remove"
  4. 4. Confirm removal

Cannot remove default card while on a paid tier with no other card on file. Add another card and set it as default first.

Card Expiration

Keep your payment method current to avoid service interruption.

What Happens When a Card Expires

  • • You'll receive email notifications before expiration
  • • Expired cards cannot settle subscription or overage invoices
  • • Recurring charges will fail if your default card is expired
  • • Add a new card to continue using the service
