Store Creation Wizard

After selecting a template, the wizard guides you through four steps to create your store.

Basic Information

Store Name— The name displayed to customers (e.g., "Urban Coffee Shop")

Business Name — Your legal business name

Description — A brief description of what you sell

Currency — The currency for your prices (USD, EUR, GBP, etc.)

Important: Currency cannot be changed after your first order. Choose carefully.

Branding

Upload your store logo. This image will be:

  • Displayed in your store dashboard
  • Synced to your WhatsApp Business profile picture
  • Shown to customers in WhatsApp conversations

Recommended: Square image (1:1 ratio), at least 640x640 pixels, PNG or JPG format.

Business Details

Contact Email — For order notifications and customer inquiries

Contact Phone — Your business phone number (international format)

Address — Your business address (uses Google Places autocomplete)

Review & Create

Review all your settings and click Create Store to finish. You can edit all settings later from the Store Settings page.

After Creating Your Store

Once your store is created, you'll want to complete these setup tasks:

Add Products

Add your products, menu items, or services to the catalog manually through the dashboard.

Configure Fulfillment

Set up pickup hours, delivery zones, and order confirmation settings.

Set Up Payments

Connect Stripe to accept online payments, or enable Cash on Delivery (COD).

Create an AI Agent

Link an AI agent to your store and assign a WhatsApp phone number to start receiving customer messages.
